Our client’s vision for a premium Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) fried chicken concept, we embarked on a comprehensive journey from inception to launch. Our scope encompassed every facet of brand creation and operational setup. Beginning with menu ideation and end-to-end food and menu development, we developed a unique and bold offering tailored to the concept’s ethos. We curated the brand’s identity, including its name, story, and tone of voice, ensuring a cohesive and compelling narrative. Our team project managed interior design initiatives, translating the brand’s essence into a captivating physical space that engages guests. We provided staff training covering both front-of-house and back-of-house operations, along with kitchen design and supply chain setup to optimise workflow and efficiency. To ensure ongoing success, we offered comprehensive ongoing support, guiding the client through the post-launch phase and beyond, cementing the brand’s position in the market.
