How we Work

Helping you to create, develop and launch a new restaurant and bar, fast food concept or franchise brand.

Our concept creation process is based on years of delivering industry leading brands to market in some of the world’s most competitive hospitality and retail environments. We provide end to end brand and concept development from inception to execution and launch.

Through collaboration with founders and project teams, we shape the brief and vision, exploring concept ideas and development routes while crafting an initial brand identity. We tailor initial food and menu drafts to align with the brand concept development brief. Finally, we create a comprehensive creative artwork package to visually bring the brand to life.


Wayne Timbrell

Wayne brings over three decades of culinary expertise to the table, commencing his journey as a chef in esteemed UK hotels and restaurants. Venturing abroad to France and Italy, Wayne honed his craft, refining his culinary approach and food development skills. 

Upon his return to the UK, Wayne spearheaded food development and kitchen operations for renowned casual dining brands including Giraffe, Ed’s Diner, Slim Chickens, and Harry Ramsdens. At Boparan Restaurant Group, he managed a diverse F&B estate spanning over 100 locations.

Wayne’s true passion lies in crafting bespoke brands from inception to execution, collaborating with industry giants such as Hilton, Sainsbury’s, and the Bliss Hotel Group. Renowned for his comprehensive industry knowledge, relentless work ethic, and unparalleled operational proficiency, Wayne is the go-to expert for developing and successfully launching new brands into the market.

Michael Forrest

Michael blends creative flair with strategic acumen, boasting a track record of launching award-winning brands in fiercely competitive retail landscapes. With extensive experience, he’s a seasoned industry expert adept at conceptualising, developing, and scaling businesses for success. 

Throughout his career, Michael collaborated with industry innovators like The Draft House and Honest Burgers, playing a pivotal role in introducing brands like BrewDog and Shake Shack into UK airports during his tenure at The Restaurant Group (TRG Concessions).

His diverse background spans across multiple sectors including travel, hotels, restaurants, pubs, specialist bars and QSR accumulating invaluable expertise along the way. Michael’s expertise uniquely positions him as an expert in brand development and business growth.
