The Restaurant Guys x ZSEA Banham Zoo
Our client, a zoo operator, enlisted us to enhance their F&B offerings. We proposed four new concepts, featuring a full-service pizza restaurant complemented by three satellite concession concepts. This end-to-end project was efficiently completed within six weeks. Services provided included interior design, brand development, food development, staff training, hospitality manual creation, uniform design, press release drafting, a 6-month marketing strategy, allergens training, and project management from inception to completion.
